Some of you have known me for a while and know how much I love theatre and being dramatic, apparently it is genetic because Hannah, our 8 year old, has a part in Youth Theatre Workshop's Anne of Green Gables. She is really excited to be playing the part of Minnie May Barry, she gets to wear lots of costumes and even has a near death scene where Anne gets to save her from the croup. If you are looking for a fun night out this weekend please come and see our Hannah. We are so proud of her!
Youth Theatre Workshop is a local children's theatre that I started over 6 years ago to give children and youth in the area a chance to create theatre and learn the craft. This production is especially important because it is being directed by a student director. The sets, the costumes, everything is created by 'kids' under direction of adults in their respective fields. Our next production is Disney's Aladdin.
